Specifically: (i) Personal Data You submit through our forms is retained until You request its deletion, correction, or limitation; (ii) Usage Data collected via Google Analytics is retained for 24 months; and (iii) call and voicemail data collected via CallRail is retained for 25 months, per that provider’s own published retention period.

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. Personal Data submitted through our website forms is processed and stored by Insightly on servers located in the United States, and is then delivered to Us so that We may respond to Your request. We use Google Workspace to process and store Personal Data for the purpose of communicating with clients and prospective clients. Once We have gathered sufficient information regarding Your request, We use Insightly to manage the relationship and provide Our services; Insightly retains data for as long as necessary to render those services.
If We become aware of a data breach involving Your Personal Data, We will notify You without unreasonable delay, and in any event within the timeframe required by applicable law, describing the nature of the breach, the data involved, and the steps taken to address it.
Detailed Information on the Processing of Your Personal Data
The Service Providers We use may have access to Your Personal Data. These third-party vendors collect, store, use, process and transfer information about Your activity on Our Service in accordance with their Privacy Policies.
Analytics
We may use third-party Service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

CallRail
We use CallRail to track incoming phone calls to our Service so that we can measure how many leads originate from our marketing efforts. CallRail’s own Privacy Policy governs its retention and use of this data.
